QTDI began operations in December 2024 to improve research and innovation practices, building upon the legacy established by the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM). Using advanced technology, we make data easier to access, streamline processes, and develop solutions that directly address the needs of industry, academia, authorities, the Mitrovica community and beyond.
