QTDI began its operations in December 2024 to improve research and innovation practices, building upon the legacy established by the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM). Using advanced technology, we make research easier to access through reliable data, streamline processes, and develop solutions that directly address the needs of industry, academia, local and central authorities, the Mitrovica community and beyond.
